Shipping Policy
We are committed to processing and delivering orders as quickly, safely, and reliably as possible. Shipping requirements may vary based on the products ordered, total quantity, package dimensions, weight, destination, carrier limitations, and delivery location.
Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.
Order Processing Times
Eligible in-stock parcel orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on a business day are generally processed for shipment the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.
Same-day processing does not guarantee same-day carrier pickup or same-day departure from our facility. Additional processing time may be required for:
Large or high-quantity orders
Palletized or freight shipments
Special-order or backordered items
Orders requiring address or payment verification
Orders requiring additional packaging or handling
Orders placed during periods of unusually high volume
Freight orders generally require additional time for pallet preparation, carrier scheduling, documentation, and pickup. Freight carriers may not be available for same-day pickup, even when an order is prepared before the daily cutoff time.
Shipping Methods
Depending on the size, weight, quantity, destination, and delivery requirements of your order, shipments may be sent by UPS, another parcel carrier, an LTL freight carrier, or made available for local pickup.
The shipping option selected or displayed during checkout does not guarantee that the order will ship through that specific carrier or service. We reserve the right to select or modify the final shipping method when necessary to safely and efficiently transport the order.
UPS and Parcel Shipping
Orders that meet parcel-carrier size, weight, packaging, and handling requirements may be shipped using one of the following services:
UPS Next Day Air
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS 3 Day Select
UPS Ground
Carrier transit times begin after the shipment has been picked up and accepted by the carrier. Transit times do not include order processing time, weekends, holidays, weather delays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Estimated delivery dates displayed during checkout are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by us in writing.
Freight Shipping
Orders that exceed parcel-carrier size, weight, quantity, packaging, or handling limitations may be consolidated, palletized, and shipped by an LTL or other freight carrier.
An order may be converted to freight even when UPS or another parcel option was selected during checkout.
Common reasons an order may be shipped by freight include:
The total order is too large or heavy for practical parcel shipment
The order requires multiple large or heavy packages
Parcel shipment would create an increased risk of loss or damage
The products require palletized transportation
Freight is the safest or most efficient shipping method
Parcel shipment would result in excessive handling or package count
Freight shipments do not follow the same pickup schedules or same-day processing expectations as UPS shipments. Freight pickups must be scheduled with the carrier and may occur on the next business day or on a later available pickup date.
Expedited parcel shipping selections do not override freight eligibility. Customers with a firm delivery deadline should contact customer service before placing a large or time-sensitive order so that shipping requirements and availability can be reviewed.
Freight Delivery Confirmation
Before booking a freight shipment, our team will contact the customer to confirm the delivery requirements, including:
Whether the delivery address is commercial or residential
Whether the location has a loading dock or forklift
Whether liftgate service is required
Whether there are known access restrictions
The appropriate delivery contact name and telephone number
Residential delivery and liftgate service will be arranged when needed at no additional charge to the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in delivery delays or the need to reschedule the shipment.
Freight Delivery Services
Standard freight delivery is generally made curbside or to the nearest location that the freight carrier can safely access.
Liftgate service lowers the pallet or shipment from the trailer to ground level. Liftgate service does not include:
Inside delivery
Unpacking
Product placement
Installation
Moving the shipment into a building
Removal or disposal of packaging materials
Inside delivery, white-glove delivery, expedited freight, storage, re-delivery, or other special services are not included unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Additional charges resulting from a customer-requested service, missed delivery appointment, refused shipment, address change after booking, storage, or re-delivery may be the customer’s responsibility.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be selected when available.
Once your order is ready, we will notify you by email or telephone and provide:
Pickup location
Available pickup hours
Pickup instructions
Any order identification requirements
Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that the order is ready.
Shipping Costs and Free Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, package dimensions, order quantity, destination, and shipping method.
UPS Ground shipping is free on qualifying orders of $500 or more, subject to the terms of this policy.
Free UPS Ground shipping applies only to orders that are eligible for standard parcel shipment. An order that qualifies for free UPS Ground shipping may still be converted to freight when required due to size, weight, quantity, packaging, safety, or carrier limitations.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because residential delivery or liftgate service is required for a freight shipment.
Other special services requested by the customer, including inside delivery, expedited freight, storage, re-delivery, or changes made after the freight shipment has been booked, may result in additional charges.
Split Shipments
We may divide an order into multiple packages or shipments based on:
Product availability
Package size or weight limitations
Warehouse location
Carrier requirements
Shipping efficiency
Risk of product damage
Packages from the same order may arrive on different days and may have separate tracking numbers or freight documentation.
Address Accuracy and Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
For parcel and freight shipments, the following information should be provided when applicable:
Company name
Recipient name
Street address
Suite, unit, or building number
Telephone number
Commercial or residential designation
Loading dock or forklift availability
Liftgate requirements
Delivery restrictions
Limited-access conditions
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery information.
Address changes requested after an order has shipped may be subject to carrier approval, delivery delays, and additional charges.
Limited-Access Locations
Certain commercial locations may be classified by freight carriers as limited-access locations. Examples may include:
Schools
Churches
Farms
Construction sites
Storage facilities
Government buildings
Military facilities
Convention centers
Trade shows
Residential businesses
Locations with restricted access or security requirements
Customers should notify us of any unusual delivery conditions before the freight shipment is booked.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to legal, safety, carrier, or logistical limitations.
If we are unable to ship an order to the address provided, we will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible.
Tracking and Shipment Notifications
Once a parcel shipment has been prepared, we will generally send a confirmation email containing the available tracking information.
Freight shipments may receive a:
PRO number
Bill of lading number
Carrier reference number
Shipment confirmation from the freight carrier
Freight tracking may not update as frequently or provide the same level of detail as UPS tracking.
The creation of a shipping label, PRO number, or freight document does not necessarily mean that the shipment has already been picked up or departed from our facility.
Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
Carrier scheduling
Freight terminal delays
Weather
Natural disasters
Labor disruptions
Transportation shortages
Government actions
Holiday shipping volume
Incorrect delivery information
Recipient unavailability
Missed delivery appointments
Mechanical issues
Carrier service interruptions
We will assist customers with obtaining available tracking and carrier information, but estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Lost or Damaged Parcel Shipments
If a parcel shipment appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
Customers should retain:
The damaged product
Exterior cartons
Interior packaging
Shipping labels
Packing slips
Photographs of the damage
Any other shipment documentation
Photographs should clearly show:
The exterior of the package
The shipping label
The interior packaging
The damaged product
The overall condition of the shipment
Do not discard damaged products or packaging materials until the claim has been reviewed and you have received further instructions.
Freight Delivery Inspection
Freight shipments must be carefully inspected before the delivery receipt or bill of lading is signed.
Before accepting a freight delivery:
Confirm the number of pallets and packages received.
Inspect the shrink wrap, cartons, pallet, and products for visible damage.
Look for punctures, tears, crushed cartons, broken wrap, leaning pallets, missing products, or other signs of damage.
Note all visible damage or shortages directly on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
Take clear photographs before unloading whenever possible.
Refuse delivery if the shipment is severely damaged and accepting it would create additional loss.
Statements such as “subject to inspection” may not be sufficient to support a freight claim. Visible damage should be described specifically on the delivery receipt.
Signing a freight delivery receipt without noting visible damage may limit or prevent recovery from the carrier.
Concealed Freight Damage
Damage that is not visible at the time of delivery should be reported to customer service immediately after discovery.
Customers must retain:
The product
The pallet
All cartons
Shrink wrap
Interior packaging
Delivery paperwork
Photographs of the damage and packaging
Do not discard, repair, alter, or dispose of damaged products or packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
Refused Shipments
Shipments refused for reasons other than verified shipping damage may be subject to:
Original shipping charges
Return freight charges
Carrier storage fees
Re-delivery charges
Handling charges
Applicable restocking fees
Refusing a shipment does not automatically cancel the order or eliminate the customer’s payment obligations.
Undeliverable Shipments
A shipment may be considered undeliverable if:
The address is incorrect or incomplete
The recipient cannot be reached
The delivery location is inaccessible
The customer misses a scheduled delivery appointment
The customer refuses delivery
Required delivery information was not disclosed
Undeliverable shipments may be returned to us or held at a carrier terminal. Return shipping, storage, re-delivery, and related charges may be the customer’s responsibility.
Large and Time-Sensitive Orders
Customers placing large, high-value, or time-sensitive orders are encouraged to contact customer service before ordering.
Our team can help review:
Expected shipping method
Parcel versus freight eligibility
Product availability
Processing requirements
Delivery location requirements
Anticipated carrier pickup timing
Available expedited options
Submitting an order without contacting us does not guarantee that the order will ship by UPS, receive same-day pickup, or arrive by a specific date.
Customer Assistance
Please contact our customer support team with any questions regarding shipping methods, freight requirements, delivery timing, tracking, or damaged shipments.
We are committed to helping ensure that your order is delivered as safely and efficiently as possible.
Policy Updates
This shipping policy may be modified periodically without prior notice.
The version posted on our website at the time the order is placed will apply to that order.
